There are two patios - one in front of the home facing east/south, perfect for enjoying the morning sun, and one behind the home with direct access from the kitchen, ideal for relaxing with a book or cozy barbecue evenings with friends and family.

Possibility for up to 5 people if the 5th person is a child who can sleep on a double sofa bed. Possibility for visits for a few days, but no more than 5 people overnight.


The apartment is offered for short-term rental at a reduced price until a sale is realized. This means that tenants must be prepared that viewings via a brokerage firm may occur at any time and that the apartment must be kept in a clean condition. During viewings, tenants must be out of the apartment for the duration of the viewing.


Due to its ground floor location, the property is well suited for those who want to avoid stairs, and the patios are easy to maintain. The property is sold furnished and equipped, with ducted air conditioning . There is also private parking available inside a closed area.


Residencial Breezes is a safe and gated urbanisation known for its fantastic pool and sunbathing area. Just a few minutes walk away you will find cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and shops. The bus stop just across the street provides easy access to Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach. Just a 10-minute walk from the property you will find the popular Friday market and an impressive sports arena where you can play tennis and padel, as well as a modern health club with flexible payment options and large indoor and outdoor swimming facilities.

Rental prices per week

2025:

  • low season 15 January - 31 March: €400

  • winter holiday week 8-9 (17-28 Feb): €600

  • spring season 1 April - 30 June: €500

  • high season 1 July - 30 September: € 800

  • fall season 1 October - 30 November: €400

  • winter season 1 December - 1 March 2026: €400

Winter rental

Due to sale, rental for more than 3 months at a time is not possible.

  • Rental price €700 per winter month between January and March 31, 2025.

Further information

-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water, and wifi.

-Tenants must leave the apartment for viewings at all times and keep it neat and tidy.

-Tenants must have good communication with the real estate agency about when viewings are scheduled.


Additional costs:

-Final cleaning €80 in cash.

-Electricity consumption billing based on actual consumption and current prices

-Deposit €300

-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, a small surcharge will be charged locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.


Upon confirmed booking:

-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email

-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week

-Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival

-No refunds on booking.
