The apartment is located on the first floor and is 65m2 with everything on the same level. It has a spacious terrace of 45 m2, which is the perfect setting to enjoy the fantastic view and relax. In the hot summer months you can take advantage of the air conditioning in the living room, which also serves as heating in the winter. The TV has a wide selection of channels, and of course there is free Wi-Fi. There are good quality sunbeds for the sun loungers by the pool that are free to use.
The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has air conditioning, two comfortable beds and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Please note that the apartment is accessed via 28 steps from the parking lot, so the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility or poor walking.
The minimum rental period is 4 days.

-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
