-Both bedrooms have blinds.

Further information
-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water and wifi.
Additional costs:
-Final cleaning €100.
-Deposit/Energy advance: €150. Cash on arrival.
-Electricity €0.25 per kWh.
-Bed linen and towels: €20 per person. For longer stays, these can be exchanged for €20 per set per person.
-Late arrival after 9:00 PM is strongly discouraged. A surcharge of €50 is payable in cash locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.
Pets : not allowed
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
