This second floor apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with a large south-facing terrace and free garage space for a car or your bike. A short walk to the beach and the lively Sunday market.


The sea is just 5 minutes walking distance away from the beautiful boulevard in Albir.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation. Sliding doors lead out onto the large south-facing terrace. Guests have international TV channels and access to Wi-Fi. A refreshing communal swimming pool is available during the summer months. The building has a lift.


The master bedroom, which is connected to the living room, has a large ceiling fan and a comfortable 180x200 bed. The adjacent bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink. The second and third bedrooms are accessible from the corridor and are furnished with two single beds of 90x200 each. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located in the corridor.


The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Senseo coffee machine, oven, large refrigerator and hotplates, for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Pets are allowed by arrangement, under certain conditions.


CASA ROBERTO is conveniently located behind the main shopping street, near the Spaziocafé in the Coliseo building. Start your morning by walking to the bakery across the street for fresh breakfast sandwiches, or grab a quick bite at one of the charming cafes nearby. Albir has a wide range of terraces, restaurants and shops.


The Sunday market and the sea are both within easy reach, making it easy to explore local attractions. Café Albir, located next to the post office, is a favourite spot for a drink or a cup of coffee with stunning sea views.


Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owner for a small fee.

-Late arrival after 8:00 PM is possible. If necessary, a surcharge of €25 will be charged, payable locally. Please consult us before booking your flight.

Upon confirmed booking:

-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email

-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week

-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival

-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.

-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.

We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
