VILLA ALBERS IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING A RESTORATION AND THEREFORE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL.
The villa is located in the beautiful Barranco Hondo district in quiet Alfaz del Pi, and whether it is summer or winter, you have sun in the garden all day. And if you want a day at the beach, it is 7 kilometers to Albir or Benidorm.
The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 1000 m2. You enter through a large gate where you can easily park two cars and enjoy the cool shade under the beautiful palm trees. The pool has steps and measures approx. 5x3. There are several sun loungers by the pool. Behind the pool there is an outdoor shower. On the TV you can receive several international channels, and there is unlimited WIFI internet.
It is a super nice house for 4 people. The living room overlooks the garden and pool.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer, oven, coffee maker, etc. In the winter months there is the possibility of heating using air conditioning/hot air, and there is also a separate gas stove, depending on your preference.
Bedroom 1: with air conditioning and double bed.
Bedroom 2: with ceiling fan and double bed.
Bathroom with underfloor heating, spacious shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The owner of Villa Albers wishes you a relaxing stay!

• Final cleaning €95.
• Electricity consumption € 0.42 per kWh, based on consumption and daily price
• Deposit €300
• Late arrival after 6:00 PM possible. Please consult us before booking your flight.
• Winter guests must pay a monthly energy deposit of €100 for more than 1 month of rental.
Pets : not allowed
• upon confirmed booking:
o Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
o 30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
o Final payment of the balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival
o If you cancel AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
o If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
