Winter rental
November 1 to April 30: €1150 per month, minimum rental period 10 weeks, electricity and gas consumption not included in the price.
For short-term rentals €950 per week, electricity and gas consumption included
Further information
-The rent includes bed linen, towels, water, gas (short-term rental), wifi and TV
- No pool towels included.
Fixed addition:
-Deposit €450
-Final cleaning €130
Additional costs for short-term rentals:
-Electricity consumption of more than 300 kWh per week will be charged at the current daily rate and deducted from the deposit.
Additional costs for monthly/long-term rental:
-Electricity consumption estimated at around €250 per month, depending on consumption and current daily price
-Gas consumption for heating, assuming 1 gas bottle = around €110 per month
-Energy deposit of €150 per month. After departure, electricity and gas consumption will be deducted from the energy deposit and deposit. The balance will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure.
Pets : not allowed
Upon confirmed booking:
-Contract with all (payment) info and rental conditions will be sent by email
-30% first payment of rental amount within 1 week
-Last payment of the remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival
-If cancelled AFTER the first payment, the amount paid will be retained.
-If cancelled WITHIN 6 weeks before arrival, the amount paid will be retained.
We always encourage you to have good travel insurance in place.
